Tariff Rates

Room rates are based on two adults sharing a Double, Twin or Family Room. Single occupancy of certain rooms (please enquire) is allowed with a 20% reduction. Deluxe rooms £10.00 supplement per night.

Single night stays are available at certain times of the year (please enquire).A supplement of £10.00 may be charged during busy periods.

We have one large Family Room this will sleep two adults and up to three children. We do not have facilities for babies or children less than 7 years of age. Children price age range 7-14 yrs @ £15.00 per night for Bed and Breakfast.

We are pleased to offer over 50's a reduction off all tariffs excluding special offers. Please enquire at the time of booking. Please note only one type of discount per booking.
We are currently not VAT Registered.

Arrival

Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. If you intend arriving after 6pm please let us know in advance. If you choose not to inform us of a late arrival The Brandize reserves the right to re-let the rooms after 8pm. If you wish to arrive earlier you may leave your car in our car park and guests arriving by Public Transport may leave their luggage by prior arrangement.

Departure

Rooms to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Should any persons ignore this time and not make any prior extension then a further full days charge may be levied accordingly.

Reservations

All accommodation will be reserved for up to seven days awaiting receipt of a written or email confirmation and deposit. Telephone bookings are acceptable with the use of a Debit/Credit card details. Deposits of £50.00 per person for stays of 7 nights or more and stay of less than 7 nights the first night cost is charged.

A deposit, once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Brandize may at its discretion debit the nominated card for the deposit at any time before the arrival date and permission to do so is given, when giving these details, by the card holder.

Payment of Balance

The final account balance is due on arrival.

To help us keep our prices at acceptable levels cash is the preferred method of payment but most major Debit/Credit cards are acceptable. Please note that a 2.5% surcharge is applied for credit card payments.

Cheques are no longer an accepted method of final balance payments.

Loss or Damage

Please note that during their stay guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by them to The Brandize furnishings, fixtures or fittings.

Consumption of Food or Alcohol

No food (takeaways, fish & chips etc) are to be consumed in the bedrooms at anytime. The bar may be used during normal opening times to consume take-a ways if deemed appropriate.

At no time, may alcohol that has not been purchased in the Bar, be taken to the rooms or drank on the premises.

No Smoking Policy

The Brandize is totally NON-SMOKING throughout.

As a condition of booking any infringement of these policies will result with the individual or party being asked to leave with immediate effect with no refund. A charge of £50.00 will be taken from card details held to cover extra specialist cleaning costs that may be necessary plus the cost of replacing damaged items that cannot be cleaned.

Cancellations

We wish to remind you that your booking with The Brandize is a legally binding contract and should you cancel or curtail your stay you will be liable to pay cancellation charges on any accommodation that we are unable to re-let. No allowance can be made for meals not taken or rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking.

The following charges may apply
Up to 31 days prior to your stay: 50% of the total booking.
14 days and under 100% of the total booking including the deposit if one has been paid.

Therefore we strongly recommend Holiday Insurance in order to cover this cost that you are obligated to pay.

Every effort will be made to re-let your room as in all cancellations with only the deposit being retained and your balance will be returned to you. All cancellation fees due will be debited against the card offered at the time of booking and permission to do so is given by giving out these details.

Please remember you have entered a legal verbal or written contract and failure to honour your commitment may result in legal proceedings being instigated.

Should you wish to alter your booking at any time a flat fee of £5 is charged to cover administration costs. If alternative dates are not available it would then constitute a cancellation and therefore attract the appropriate cancellation charge.

Car Park

Car parking is available free of charge, we have one designated disabled space by the front door please only use this if you are entitled to do so. Cars are parked entirely at the owner's risk. The Brandize cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles during your stay.
