- Head South on M5 and look for signs to Torquay/ Paignton
- Bear left onto Telegraph Hill (A380)
- Continue along A380
- On approach to Penn Inn Roundabout, take the Left Hand Lane and 2nd Exit onto Torquay Road
- Take 1st Exit onto Riviera Way at Kerswell Gardens roundabout
- Continue along Left Hand Lane towards "Currys"
- Continue across to Newton Road (A3022) until "Halfords"
- Bear Right at Halfords and continue along Avenue Road
- Look for entrance to Brandize Hotel on the left
